Children are Important to Us

We love having children of all ages in the worship service with us but there is a fully staff nursery (infant to pre-k) staffed by trained volunteers during the service. If you would prefer your children stay with you in worship, we understand that as well and they are welcomed to do so. There are small children’s activity bags at the entrance of the sanctuary if you would like to use them during the worship service. No matter where you choose for your children to worship, their spiritual development is important to us at Woodville Methodist Church.

Relevant and Practical Biblical Messages

Each Sunday we hear relevant and practical messages from the Bible to help us love God and love our neighbors. The messages will be based in Scriptures with practical applications each week so that we can take what we hear on Sunday morning and apply it to our lives the rest of the week. If you are new to the Bible or been reading it for years, these messages will resonate with you. Each week there is an insert in your bulletin to take with you after the service. This insert is for you to spend some time in the scriptures and thinking through the topic that the message covered during the rest of the week. Your spiritual development is important to us here at Woodville Methodist Church and we want to walk with you during the week.

Come As You Are

We are all on a journey. On any given Sunday morning there will be people who are in casual clothes and some who are in more traditional dress at Woodville Methodist Church. We want people to come as they are and worship God together. So, if you dress in casual clothes or more traditional on Sunday morning you are welcome here on Sunday. The service itself will have some traditional components and some modern ones as well and it is our greatest hope and prayer that you will experience a service that will be encouraging, challenging and uplifting.
